I'll make no apologies for being angry for fear of losing my insurance as a three-time, advanced stage cancer survivor. And I fear for my kids as they try to understand what is happening. I remember the race riots of the 60s. I was impacted positively when my school was integrated. My first grade best friend had on the very same dress as me on our first day, and we both had on Mary Janes that pinched our feet. We are very much the same, no matter the color of our skin and the religion we chose to practice. Peace be with you.
